Dad had cancer
I use to come home from a Schooling System that had failed me all the way through
I use to come home seeing Dad sick in the lounge losing all his hair
Around this time I viewed a car take out a motor bike, the two bike passengers.
I went to both of them & they were unresponsive
A rumour about my sexuality when I was around 20
Not true
With all of the above I turned to alcohol & weed
I now have a horrible Demon related to my sexualality

After Work, I’d run from Morden to South Wimbledon, do weights, swim, bus home to Morden & have a good feed.
At my peak, I was doing the above plus, indoor Football on a Friday night at Balham, indoor Football Saturday mornings at Tooting Hospital Gym, Saturday 11 a side Football & Sunday 11 a side Football in Kent.
I had good sobriety up from AA in London.
Over a year.
After Nursing Auxillary Job in 2002.
I have developed Post Trauma.
20 odd years later.
The thing that hurt my Serenity in London around the time of the Job, I received a text.
Hey, thought I saw you in the Streets of London with no teeth.
An unknown person.
Or maybe even what Country the text came from!
My Uncle filled out an initial contact with Mental Health Serives Auckland in 2002.
Off the back of been a Supply Teacher in London.
With not one substance before Work!

With the 8a Form that my Uncle filled out, it said that Mark is delusional about some perceived Business idea & has become paranoid in his attitude.
I have studied the 8a Form.
The person filling out the Form must have seen you or talked to you in the previous Week.
He had not even seen me or talked to me in over 5 years!
Since the football trials in Auckland & scoring 3 goals in 3 games.
I won the Central Pre-season forest run.
A 13 km run a few days before the Form.
I was extremely dry! A dry drunk.
10 changed diagnoses in the past 22 years.
Now I’m recovering from Alcoholism, benzodiazepines & nicotine! ! ! Also an eating disorder.
When I exercise I get endorphins.
The issue is, that with the meds I get a brain chemical embalance & become unwell.
Most common side effects of benzodiazepines include:
- drowsiness.
- light-headedness.
- confusion.
- unsteadiness
- dizziness.
- slurred speech.
- muscle weakness.
- memory problems.
- Addiction

Alcoholism is a Slight Paranoid issue for my own Study in myself. Resentments are a form of hearing voices but once the Steps are done I have & will recover fully one day! Then you are able to always re visit your resentments & share with someone.
Sometimes Mental Health People contribute to your unwellness.
They say your losing your train of thought.
Alcoholism with wellness & a minimal wet brain is to contribute to a better share or more passionate & well connected train of thought. You know yourself best well done !
I was not in the slightest bit psychotic, until I received the wrong treatment!
Yes you guessed it Medication!
An athlete put on medication & not even shown my rights!

Mental Health places me with a man.
He talked to me once in a whole year!
He said two words in one whole year.
He said F🙏🙏K OFF.
They had Student Staff. They just sat around in the office all day chatting to one another. There paid Jobs. Northcote.
Sonya was all good a Christian mature lady. Not a Kiwi which helped.
If you refuse oral meds they put you under an ACT. Then inject you with the meds.
How demoralised will I ever get.
