What form of Multi-Tasking endures,

Creativity & a Form of Meditation?

Multi-Tasking brings,

  • Meditation.
  • Stress & anxiety at times. Especially when you lose your train of thought etc.
  • Multi-Tasking bounces Energy off other Energy & contributes to developing improved Sub-Consciousness, with a touch of becoming awake to the inner most deep thoughts. Processed meditative thoughts.

Multi-Tasking is a Skill that needs to be offered, developed & improved through developing a higher iq & from Pre-School etc.

We need to help Infants, Primary School, Internediate & College ages ( THE FUTURE ). To Learn Multi-Tasking from a young age.

This will bring, Independence & more discipline in later life.

To bring on more Independace in later life & extended knowledge, through experiences & situation(s), where the mind grows, also a chance to improve on what needs, improvement & good Parenting, Guardianship or Carer Skills & to become a TEACHER of the Highest quality & less listening, to negativity, more action of peace, listening to, as to what this ever changing World offers.

Learning at a later time in life, will slow you down if you don’t get, Multi-Tasking skills from a Young age etc.

Or will your mind over load & develop stress & anxiety, because of a lack of Multi-Tasking skills etc.

Also the Younger an Infant, Child, teenager improves their Multi- Tasking, as previously mentioned, it will grow them into been, a better Parent, Guardian or Carer etc. through open mindedness & better trained coping skills too.

Multi-Tasking will help you think more by ones self! With yourself.

Teaching of Multi-Tasking & Multi-Tasking skills, needs to be introduced into Education, Curriculum to develop what has been shared here by me.

Is the World?

  • Growing too fast?
  • Do IT skills develop less Critical thinking OFFER Artificial intelligence not thinking on oneself & Communication Skills decrease, from unfortunately a young age? !

This thought of mine is debatable, the one above.❤️

  • Four day working week?
  • Work from home?
  • Work from the Office, where you work etc?
  • Do we need to get back to Basics?
  • Is the World becoming too fast or will IT & Basics combined help? At the same time?
  • A mobile or Laptop free day a week?
  • I do honestly think IT, may create more energy, higher thinking!
    But?
    Does it increase or decrease appetite for drinking, eating or a need for Medication or the wrong at times, options that are out there! ?

What are the best forms of Meditation?

Education on slowing one’s mind down is very important!

When do we need endorphins ?
