Each player has a tennis ball either side of the Nivsta Board.
Best of 5 goes. The best of 5 goes like this. Each player on their side of the board throws and catches 20 times one metre away from the board. When he or she has thrown and caught 20 times he or she says 20. The first to throw and catch to 20 is the winner for each go.The best of 5 continues until someone wins, 3-2 for example.
